We collect information to provide cloud infrastructure services, handle billing, and ensure security.
1.1. Personal Information
- Account Information: Email address, username, and authentication credentials.
- Billing Information: Billing details and payment history. Sensitive payment data is processed by third party providers and not stored directly on our servers.
- Team & Project Data: Information about project ownership, team memberships, and invitations.
1.2. Service Usage Data
- Resource Consumption: CPU usage, RAM usage, storage uptime, and related billing metrics.
- Container Activity: Start and stop times, instance states, and scaling events.
- Network Traffic: Ingress and egress bandwidth usage where needed for billing and operations.
1.3. User Content & Technical Data
- Container Data: Docker containers, code, and environment variables you deploy.
- Persistent Storage: Data stored in volumes or storage blocks attached to your services.
- SSH Keys: Public SSH keys used for CLI and tunnel authentication. We do not collect or store private keys.
- Tunnel Logs: Metadata regarding ephemeral tunnels, including creator ID, timestamp, target container, and assigned host ports.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service Provision: To deploy, manage, and scale your containers and tunnels.
- Billing & Accounting: To calculate usage based costs and manage billing flows.
- Security & Authentication: To verify identity, manage access, and prevent abuse.
- Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform.
3. Data Retention
- Ephemeral Data: Data in non-persistent container storage is deleted when the container is stopped or destroyed.
- Persistent Data: Data in storage blocks is retained until you explicitly delete it, or your account is terminated due to policy violations.
- Logs: Access logs, tunnel audit logs, and usage metrics are retained for a limited period for debugging and security purposes.
4. Disclosure of Data
We may share your information in limited cases, including legal compliance, good-faith reporting of suspected illegal activity, or use of third party service providers such as payment processors and infrastructure vendors.
5. Security of Your Information
- Isolation of container environments.
- Encryption of data in transit using SSL/TLS.
- Strict access controls for SSH tunnels and related audit logs.
- Regular security review of platform integrations.
